A local told me that on clear nights, if you study carefully the sky over the mountains you will sometimes see a UFO. During my trip I didn't see one, but the view of the valley below was impressive and satisfying enough.
..we may all wish for snow during the holidays, but even its absence cannot diminish the peaceful and majestic beauty of the mountains... Happy New Year!
